Subliminator is without a doubt the most reliable and communicative provider out of all the providers I have been using and provides a consistently high-quality product that I have never had a complaint about. Don't listen, or even believe, a lot of these negative reviews. I am a member of the Facebook group of users of Subliminator and the owner of the business is very communicative and helpful, as are the other users (of which there are hundreds or maybe thousands), but we see these people complaining all the time and it's always the same thing: 1. They expect the product to be shipped in 2 days. Subliminator may occasionally take a little longer than other providers, but not by that much. As long as you are transparent about the timeframe, customers are only too happy to wait. 2. People are talking about using other apps like Printify. They absolutely can't compete unless they resell Subliminators hoodies. 3. Many of these people never place an order and complain because they want someone to hold their hand and walk them through it. It's their own incompetence they should be annoyed at. These same people come into the groups and ask everyone for designs, niches, software, providers, "whats the best product". They don't do any research, have no idea, and just want to make money quick and get annoyed when they realise it might take a little effort. Every single product I have sent out has been given rave reviews, with people coming back to buy 5 or more. Customer service is always available during extended working hours (though they aren't 24/7 but that's fine), and they always action a request and get back to you via email if they have to. Consider the very first marketplace in the name of the app is Etsy, you would think that you would be able to import Etsy reviews. Instead the only free 'marketplace' you can import reviews from is Facebook. Hardly a marketplace that any business really collects reviews from. To get access to marketplaces you have to pay a ridiculous $19.99 a month. Completely ridiculous.

There are several other features that come along with the $19.99 pricing including the ability to add photo reviews, enable Google Rich Snippets, Campaigns feature in soliciting reviews, coupons, just to mention a few. Additionally, you're able to connect other social channels apart from Etsy like Google, Amazon and Yelp. We're sorry to hear that getting all the mentioned features and more is completely ridiculous. Makes adjustments so much easier the developer is really responsive to feedback and myself and all of my collaborators use this app. Indispensable for anyone wanting to run a successful store
