Such a vital tool for all business owners, you need to know how customers are interacting with the site in order to see areas of improvement. Much better then an ordinary recording app as it includes heat maps too! The support team from MIDA are 10/10 as well. Special mention to Jennie and Quinn as they went above and beyond to help with my problem.
Fantastic app! It’s helped us discover much better pricing for our shampoos. Highly recommend using it to experiment with different price points and keep the most successful ones!
