Very patient and help to solve all the problem quickly.
The flexibility available with PageFly is fantastic! One of my favorite features is Sections that can be reused across multiple pages. When we had a little bug tonight, support jumped right in and helped us resolve it quickly. The team is always very responsive.
So much easier than trying to navigate the Shopify editing process. You just tell them what you want the page to contain/look like and they do the work and send you previews and change anything you want edited until it's exactly how you want it. Super helpful.

Before PageFly, our theme limited how we could present products, and visitors dropped off fast. With PageFly we rebuilt our landing and product pages exactly how we wanted, added clear sections and stronger CTAs, and made everything load well on mobile. Conversions improved noticeably within weeks, and the support team helped us fix issues quickly. PageFly genuinely helped us make more sales.

I deleted the app after wasting two hours trying to build one page. Support was slow, gave incomplete instructions, and took 5–10 minutes to answer simple questions. Setting up even a basic announcement bar became unnecessarily difficult. I do not recommend this app unless you have an entire week to design one page.
I have only good things to say about the PageFly app and its team, if I have any issues, I simply reach out via chat and they come back to me within a minute or two. They offer some very good advice and tips and helped a non techie like me to get my site up and running and looking and very nice too (solapup.com). I highly recommend.
The app is good. I had a problem with some of my products not loading correctly and Eli was incredibly kind and helpful. He solved the problem quickly and was very efficient. I can only hope if I have another snafu that I'll be connected with him again because he was VERY helpful!!! Thanks Eli!
