After contacting support about one editing tool within the app, they explained a workaround, which worked...but then, within 5 minutes, they contacted me explaining they did a small update and I was able to edit an image more easily. They listen! Thankyou.

Essential tool to keep your site up to date and accurate. If you store has more than 100 products, this is a must. Support is very knowledgable and helpful. I highly recommend it.

Love this app. It's super easy to use and most importantly it seems super easy for customers. I came from another app that gave me near zero reviews. As soon as I installed LOOX, the reviews started. A must have addition to any serious online store.

I love this quiz product. It's a powerful tool to engage with customers on site. Despite its technical complexity, it's not difficult to learn, there are many short video tutorials or more expansive help notes. Their online support was incredibly responsive and helped us tremendously to set up and get things moving. It's integration with Shopify is superb! Highly recommend.
