Developer got greedy. Been using this app for a simple style guide quiz on our site for the past year and it worked fine. Would've been happy to pay a reasonable price with quiz response limit enforcement being announced, but going from $0 to $40/mo is absurd. I gave Claude my quiz link and access to Shopify theme via MC and it rebuilt the quiz and attribution data even better than revenue hunt in less than half an hour. Could've kept us at reasonable pricing, instead you pushed me to look for an indefinitely free and better alternative. Good luck! EDIT: Bumping to 4 stars. That is my misunderstanding on historical pricing. The platform itself is robust, but for our store's specific needs the features and platform are well over-priced IMO and I was able to get more than what I needed for free having an AI update our theme directly. For other stores, with more nuanced needs for quizzes, reporting, etc., this may be a fine product.

The AI support chat bot is absolutely amazing. You almost don't even need to code or configure anything in the app. The chat bot does it for you. As an example, I had a very complex set of logic needed to display 36 different products based on the answers to multiple, multiple choice questions and the chat bot did it perfectly... in about 60 seconds. This would have taken me hours and hours to code manually. I simply created a master mapping matrix and the chat bot did the rest. Truly amazing. Thank you for your review! The mapping matrix is exactly the right way to use it: you hold the merchandising logic, Copilot handles the wiring. 36 products across multiple choice paths is the kind of setup that used to be a spreadsheet and an afternoon, and it should not be. Most merchants get their first quiz live within a few hours, so three weeks tells us the editor got in your way, and that part is on us. Looking at your Copilot sessions, most of the time went into custom styling: you wanted a specific product layout on mobile and your own look for the results page, beyond what the built-in design settings cover. That's all doable with a bit of custom CSS, the editor just doesn't give you a direct way to add it. The per-quiz analytics are the part we care most about: once you can see which quiz converts and which one stalls, it stops being a form you set and forget and becomes something you can actually iterate on. Not the best app for quizzes. It's very complicated to make or import a quiz. Thanks for sharing your feedback. I have been using this app for a while and I have to say I really like it. It is very logical built so it is very easy to use and when you get stuck there are a ton of tutorials which makes it really easy. I have used customer support twice and they have been super fast in responding and very detailed in their responses, so I have nothing but good to say about this app. 5* plus. Update, had to use support again today cause I could not find out how to solve the problem I had at hand. Started off with chatting to the AI and it did not really come up with a tangible solution that I could understand. All of a sudden the customer support came online and made a video how to solve my problem, super easy to understand and to the point. I stick with my 5* rating for this app.

The app is very straight forward to use and I was able to create my first quiz very quickly even though is it was not a simple quiz to set up. We use this for our product quiz funnel. It's a very easy way to recommend specific products based on the customer's use cases and behaviour. One feature we love is being able to customise the copy on the results page based on the answers the customer gave during the quiz. Makes it very personalised. Their support is also great. The AI chat is actually useful, and if it can't solve the problem their customer support has the answer. We got stuck a few times and then got actionable solutions within minutes. I tried to use this for my tanning company and it was very complicated in terms of what I could exclude. I've gone with another app Hi Zoe — thanks again for the feedback, and sorry it didn’t click for your tanning setup. Just to add: we did try reaching out a few times to jump on a call and help you get the exclusions working the way you wanted, but we couldn’t connect. Exclusions can be one of the trickier parts (especially with variants), and it’s usually a fast fix once we see your product structure. If you’re ever open to giving it another shot, reply to any of our emails and we’ll gladly hop on a quick call and set it up with you.

The quiz works great and there is a lot of conditional logic available to really give customers good recommendations based off their quiz results. The tech support is also amazing. I couldn't figure out how to make it look how I wanted and they made videos showing me exactly how to customize it and get the most out of their app. Highly recommend. Eric was extremely helpful when I had questions regarding the results page. He created personalized help videos on the spot and guided me through it. Fantastic! _____________________ Edit: After over 2 weeks the team couldn't find a solution to integrate with Klaviyo. I hired a dev as suggested and the first dev said she couldn't do it. I hired a 2nd dev using RevenueHunt's criteria to hire the appropriate person and they couldn't do it...! $140 down the drain... Thankfully Upwork refunded my money for the 2nd dev. I was hesitant to try another quiz app as Erik custom-coded mine as he said it was necessary. I decided to try Recomma app and everything was easier. The user experience, ability to customize... everything... better! Not only did the app integrate seamlessly with Klaviyo, the dev team custom-coded my email template so that it showed all recommended products/prices/descriptions!! No need to hire a developer! They also make cosmetic/CSS changes on-the-fly! My quiz is exceptional and I'm beyond relieved I switched. Did I mention, it's less expensive! Hi — Alex here, one of the co-founders of RevenueHunt. I’m truly sorry for the time and money you spent trying to get your Klaviyo setup working the way you needed. That’s frustrating, and it’s clear we didn’t give you a reliable, low-effort path to that outcome. I ran into an issue with my quiz results page and their team responded immediately, and not with a generic answer, but with a personalised Loom video walking me through exactly what to do. It would’ve taken me ages to find that setting on my own! Their support is fast, kind, and genuinely invested in helping you succeed.
