Do not waste your time with this app. I downloaded it specifically to set up my Facebook pixel, but it simply does not work. I followed the setup instructions step by step and the pixel never tracked any data — no page views, no add-to-carts, nothing. For an app whose whole purpose is tracking, that's a dealbreaker. What made it worse was the support. I reached out for help multiple times and never got a response. No reply, no follow-up, nothing. If something breaks, you're completely on your own. I can't recommend this to anyone serious about running ads and tracking conversions. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere.

When a pixel is configured manually, the connection depends on the ID and event settings matching exactly on both sides, and a single mismatch is enough to stop events from being recorded at all, which lines up with the empty data you describe. I have great news to share: that setup step is no longer needed. I’ve been using the Omega Facebook Pixel Ad Report app on my Shopify store, and it’s been great! It’s super easy to install, and I love that it supports multiple pixels, so I get better tracking for my ads. The reports are clear and helpful, making it easier to see how my ads are doing. Definitely a good tool if you’re running Facebook ads and want to make sure you’re getting the most out of them.
