Thank you so much for taking the time to leave us a review! We are truly sorry to hear that your experience with Kitenzo hasn’t met your expectations, and we would love the opportunity to make things right! As such, could I please ask you to reach out to our Support Team at your earliest convenience! They would be more than happy to investigate any issues you've encountered and help resolve them for you! They've reached out to your Store's generic email, however we are yet to receive any correspondence about the issue that you're currently experiencing! Looking forwards to your response so that we can be of further assistance!
