With Stocky shutting down, I tried a few options and kept hitting the same wall: either too basic (Shopify's native POs) or it meant managing everything outside Shopify. Stockroom is the first one that actually fit how we work. It suggests what to reorder, and creating a PO from those suggestions is automatic and then I email it directly to the supplier without leaving the app. When stock arrives, we can scan everything in and print labels as we receive. It's taken purchase orders off my plate as a manual chore. If you're a Stocky user looking for a home, start here.

Great app for every stage of the e-commerce journey! zenloop is a game-changer for our store. Setup was fast, the interface is intuitive, and collecting customer feedback is effortless. Such a breath of fresh air! We've tried other QuickBooks Desktop sync apps for Shopify and they don't even come close to this one. It's so nice to be able to manage this app/connection in our Shopify admin instead of going to another dashboard - and it's SO straightforward to use. It syncs our orders exactly the way we need to, keeps our inventory and pricing up to date, and was really easy to set up and map our existing products together. At the end of setup, we were like wait, that's it? It's about time that we found a sync with QuickBooks Desktop that actually does what we need! And, the support team was super responsive and helpful as we were starting to sync.

Finally - a sync with QuickBooks that actually does what I need! I've been so happy with MyWorks, and the amazing support has been just the icing on the cake. I'm so impressed with the attention to detail and how much control I have over what syncs with QuickBooks - like mapping my products and variations however I need to, syncing some orders to a single QuickBooks customer, and how the automatic sync just works so quickly (which is always important for inventory). I have some custom data that I need to have shown in the QuickBooks Sales Receipt, and the custom field mappings were able to bring that over perfectly for me. THANK YOU!!
