Really clunky UI, editing designs for the widgets are very restrictive without using CSS. Couldn't preview email notifications without changing the store email, which might be suitable for very small brands but quite a large inconvenience for us.

Really impressed with this app - had it installed for a couple of months now and it's already delivered great results for our checkout flows. The team at FERO are also super responsive and friendly, couldn't recommend it highly enough!

Probably the best reviews app out there. Paul and the support team are so quick to help. The app looks great with plenty of styles to choose from. I managed to migrate over from Yotpo within 15 minutes, was as simple as uploading a CSV!

Fantastic app. Bit on the pricier side but it is worth it. The way it works with Subscriptions and improves native Shopify discounting is ideal for us. Anne on the support is also v quick to help, had an issue solved within a couple of minutes.
