This app has cut manual processing time down by 80% if not more. improved accuracy by reducing input errors. Our products are available online faster to our consumer so increased sales. We can add new products straight from the invoice, we can add variants to existing product, we can group 5 invoice lines from the invoice and create a parent product for them from the invoice page. I forgot the best feature we can forward supplier invoices from our mail box straight to this app and straight to our accounting software reducing missing invoices and reducing missing inventory in one email. We can add best before date from the invoice and loads more........ oh we can also edit the selling price straight from the invoice
Great idea, however more clarity on how the app decides and what basis it has made the recommendations would be good, app does not take into account how long an item has been on our system for. example I received items a week ago and the app is suggesting that I reduce my prices. second issue, seasonal items. we work on a yearly and QTR basis. items that arrived end of last qtr and are starting to sell now but not fast enough for the app are having suggested price to be reduced. I would like the option to put in my 3 main competitor's and have the app report based on those competitor prices.

Really appreciate the feedback. To see the basis for any suggestion, hover over the price tip and you'll find the forecast and the data behind, based on your sell-through rate at the current price, available inventory, cost per item, and seasonality. You make a fair point on item age. This is something we're actively working to improve, along with longer seasonal and quarterly cycles. We currently refresh price tips weekly from your latest data and are working toward a faster cadence. The option to add your own competitors is a popular request that we'll consider as a team.
No real issues, support help me when i did, within 1 hour and fixed it. App works really well on Warehouse theme and Expanse theme. been using for over 6 months & pays for its self.
definatly the best I have used so far, I would ask they continue to develop it to be the very best, little features like, automated email to send to customer 7 days after purchase to ask for a product review would be cool, Option to show repeated subscribers who do not open emails, bulk delete rather than export and re- import.
