The app has been significantly important to our team getting a deep understanding of our customer's at an individual level, allowing us to personalize our marketing efforts, which has led to a steady amount of growth over the past few months. There is a learning curve with the platform as with any new tool, but the team has been super responsive and helpful climbing up that curve and ensuring we're getting value from the platform quickly. Highly recommend if you're trying to understand yours customer base at an individual customer level!

We switched to Rapid Reviews after Shopify announced they would be moving away from their platform-sponsored reviews app. The integration was relatively straightforward and I was able to upload our pre-existing reviews with no difficulty. When I did have questions, William was super helpful and quick in his response. The layout is clean, well-presented, and I look forward to hearing from our customers about their experience with this app!

The customer service is great. They are very easy to get ahold of and willing to assist. Shashi Kumar was extremely helpful.
It does not work. We have tried reaching out to support, but no help from there side as well. Whenever you try to save the API key, it refreshes as soon as the page refreshes.
Great App! This is super easy to use and the customization is fantastic! I would highly recommend this to anyone looking to upgrade current print-outs and to speed up printing. Also - the customer service is terrific!!
