We used this app for quite a while to manage the store locator on our website for our 10 retail locations. Unfortunately, the locator never displayed quite correctly, and more recently the problems became significantly worse. We reached out to technical support multiple times hoping to get the issues resolved, but responses were extremely slow and the support was ultimately not helpful in solving the problem. We finally installed a different store locator app, and it worked perfectly right out of the box with essentially no setup issues and no need to contact support. That experience really highlighted how unnecessarily difficult this app had become to maintain. After using it for a long time, we ultimately decided to move on. For a business with multiple locations, a store locator needs to be reliable and work without constant troubleshooting, and unfortunately this app did not meet that standard for us.

Great support and helpful advice. I contacted the team after an issue with our map after performing an update. The team jumped on a web meeting with me and were able to identify what was happening and fix the issue quickly and helpfully as well as providing some information about new features and upcoming developments.

Seems to work well. I did have a formatting issue, which Nicholas rectified for us in a couple of business days. Edit: 2nd review, some time later: This app continues to work well for us. Again, a couple of tweaks we needed to make and their support staff were responsive. Still want an in-app way to make the store phone numbers clickable! 3rd edit: After moving to version 2.0, more problems. But more outstanding service to rectify them. Thanks!

The Support Team is very fast and responsive. We have a large number of stores and they have helped us with functionality questions and any concerns/issues we had.

Support is very responsive and has helped with all of my issues except for one. If search by name is a big deal to you, which is listed in the app features section, then this is not the store locator app for you. They tell you that you can add filters so the user can choose stores that meet the filters, but that is not the same thing as search by name. For some reason they have told they're support team to share a support doc that shows how to set up filters every time you ask them about search by name.

The app works very well and is easy to install and set up. Customer service is awesome and was able to help me very quickly and professionally. I would recommend this app to anyone who is looking to put their physical location on their site.

Solid performance and great support with a display issue request.

The app is really easy to use and I got help with small issues really fast. I like that I can add a LOT of locations and my customers can search the distance without having to go to google maps.

It was a challenge to set up alone bt I reached out and used the onboarding service with help for my rep Eldin Pribisic and was able to get back on track in minutes. As for the app, I would love a few more design elements to help with the look and feel but it has all the functions we required to get up and running

This is by far the best looking map I have found and I've looked at a LOT. Also, it was important to me to be able to do a spreadsheet upload to easily update the retailers that carry our product. This map app checks all the boxes.

Hulk Apps / Store Locator Map is the best app on Shopify to have your retailers listed on your store. The support team helped me make it look cosmetically to my preferences as well. Highly recommend!

I've had nothing but issues with this app. I've used it on different stores and it's just one issue after another. First I wasn't able to get an export of my store list and I had to contact support multiple times over a week before they just ended up emailing me the list. The problem wasn't fixed for another month or so after that so anytime I needed an export of my store list I would have to contact support. On the second store I couldn't even get it set up because the app broke when trying to validate my API key. The support team then proceeded to tell me I had a problem with my API key, the same key that I am using on the first store which works perfectly fine. I am tired of the constant back and forth with support and will be looking for other options.

Puts pins for our store locations in completely wrong places on the map of New York City, sometimes in the middle of a park lol, and even in the wrong borough. I've wasted countless hours of my own time and patiently waited weeks on their support, pretending they would fix the issue. After all these weeks, the app does not perform its most basic function of putting accurate locations on a map. A refund promised for last month was not issued. I wish I hadn't wasted my time & money trying to salvage this app and cancelled sooner. My new store locator app was easy to set up, works properly, costs less, and comes with great support.

Works well. We were able to provide our website shoppers with a list of all available global resellers and distributors of our product, as an alternative to using the store checkout.

It's a great app, fairly easy to use and reliable. We use in multiple stores, and when installing on our most recent store we actually had a glitch that was preventing the app to be installed. The support team, Deelen in particular, was extremely helpful, patience, provided regular updates and in the end was able to find out what was causing the issue and resolve it with the developer team. I really appreciate the level of support, and I'm glad we have the app running consistently in all of our stores now.

Superior customer service!!! I was having trouble with my API key, and Deelen from their customer service team quickly and respectfully helped me out. If there was a 10 star rating I would have given him that.

I was worried that this app would not have good customer service after being purchased by Shop Circle, but I was very impressed with their prompt response and dedication to finding a comprehensive solution for my problem. When we switched to the new Shopify Dawn theme some of our CSS needed to be rewritten so the locator app would look nice; rather than just send me code to fix it myself, which is what Bold used to do, Deelen implemented the fixes directly in my store! That was very nice - I really didn't have to do anything they just took care of it for me. Stellar customer service, and the app just works great, really flawless, we've been using it for a couple years now and we'll likely never use anything else.

It does not work. We have tried reaching out to support, but no help from there side as well. Whenever you try to save the API key, it refreshes as soon as the page refreshes.

So easy to use. The setup is complex but Bold have really great guidelines that got me through it all. This is worth the money for customers to look up stockist locations easily and we love the heat map feature to see where our customers are searching from. Also amazing cusotmer service.

THE PATENT LAWSUIT TROLLS ARE SCAMMERS You may have seen reviews mentioning that installing this app led threat of a lawsuit. Be aware, it's a scam. In 2011 there was a patent granting GEOTAG the protect the marking of physical locations on a map for goods and services (474 Patent). This patent was overturned in 2016 in Microsoft/Google vs GEOTAG (look it up). Here is a copy-paste from the Federal Court of Appeals - "We have considered GeoTag’s remaining arguments and find them unpersuasive." If you ever get a solicitation regarding a patent infringement regarding the mapping of physical locations on a map, it's likely a scam. We can thank Google and Microsoft's legal teams for doing the groundwork on this.

The app works great with the exception that it is impossible to delete stores or tags without the help of a support agent. However, Hamza was super helpful in helping me out with this. I just wish the buttons worked properly on the app so that I could do this myself.

Super prompt and helpful customer service when we had questions about how to navigate bulk uploads to our store locator.

Overall the APP is good. I do feel the ability to customize the CSS is a bit lacking, and not intuitive. The APP page is outside the Theme, the URL is anyway. So none of the Theme's controls will work on it. We do not have "locations" but we use this APP as a tool for our customers to locate other businesses that DO have a physical location and that are relevant to our products.

A little complicate to set the api up, but the app is very easy to use and the team, very helpful !
