We have seen a strong increase in the ROA of >10x compared to the app fees. It is easy to setup and configure, the widget and email settings are intuitive and give enough flexibility to reach the desired design. Additionally, the support is great! We've been using 3 different apps to collect, curate and publish reviews in the past due to the limitations of each of them to deliver on all 3 features seamlessly. Judge.me is truly the best solution - it's significantly cheaper than Stamped.IO and Fera, it has unlimited review requests, easily customizable email templates, full flexibility on review curation, easily customizable widget to display then and very user-friendly filtering and search options. Additionally, Hakima was very helpful in terms of supporting us in removing duplicate reviews and other requestions. Thank you!
For the first time in my 10y career with online marketing, there is 0 discrepancy between our Shopify & Google Analytics (UA) data! The implementation cannot be easier and the Support Team (Cornelia) has been extremely helpful, thorough and fast with the help. Even jumped into a call with a short notice to resolve an issue.
