Really great support. I thought the country filter wasn't working as expected, as I still had some Shopify sessions from that country, HOWEVER, despite shopify logging those sessions, all traffic from that country was unable to view anything on my website. That's what we want.

Shopify may still log sessions at the server level, but as long as visitors from the blocked country can’t actually access or view your website content, the protection is doing exactly what it’s meant to do. Honestly a game-changer for our store. Pricemole may be the most important app we use. Also - they are always above and beyond in customer service!

Wow. This is a real service, that REALLY works - with real support that you can really really count on. Worth every penny.
The app is pricey, but you get what you pay for and it works straight out of the box really. I'm very very impressed with the products this app recommends to my customers, and the support has been fantastic (customising size of images, position on product page, etc). It hasn't affected load times either. Great app!
