**Think twice before trusting Shiprocket with your business shipments.** Two parcels dispatched on **13 July 2026** (**AWB 8324747457797 & 8326067331540**) remain unresolved after months of follow-ups. We were initially promised RTO/refund after 30 days. Nothing happened. After a new AM took over, one shipment was marked RTO while the other remains stuck with no proper last-mile AWB or meaningful update. Every follow-up turns into the same cycle: **“Send AWB.”** Then silence or “investigation is ongoing.” Meanwhile, the AM has plenty of time to ask for **more business**, but apparently not enough time to resolve existing lost shipments. This is not how a logistics partner should treat merchants. **Extremely disappointed.**

Amazing , I just found that we can resync our product . So It give us a lot of flexibility . Thanks to make such an amzing app.
