Just want to be fully transparent: we’ve sent 5+ verified email communications (including a personal outreach from our CEO), along with in-app notifications, so it’s certainly not the case that we were trying to pull the wool over anyone’s eyes. I also personally reviewed your ticket, and I can say our support team put real care and effort into respectful responses throughout—which did not receive a reply before this review was posted publicly instead. That’s obviously your choice, but we always prefer to work through concerns directly and constructively.
