We started using the Judge.me app this year on our Shopify store and came to the conclusion that the app is outstanding. We had been looking for an alternative to Yotpo which is what we had been using for a very long time but Yotpo's app has become somewhat outdated and lacking versatility in different ways. Judge.me is looking so much more robust, packed with tons of features that really excite our team to want to explore and test with our store. Loads of customization options on the widget's front end and if there's anything you see lacking a dedicated tweaking option, live customer support takes care of it for you in real time within just a matter of minutes. Kudos!

GemPages is an app that we can definitely recommend to anyone currently part of the Shopify community looking for a smoother web page building experience. We've used CMS platforms such as WordPress and Joomla in the past but decided to move over to Shopify for e-commerce purposes which in our opinion is a safer and better option to integrate payment processing solutions without much of a hassle and in the beginning, using Shopify without GemPages was much more challenging without a doubt. I hope the GemPages team continues growing since it is very evident they have created a truly promising business solution which only has opportunity for even bigger and better things to come. In addition, the technical support team is by far the best I've seen in years. Thank you guys!

Software seems good for what I was looking for but customer support is horrendous. Only available via email with same cookie cutter response to schedule a demo to go over questions. I booked a demo 3 times at a specific timeslot and no one from the revamp team contacted me to do the demo. I have officially given up trying to use them.
