By far the best experience, the team is always so quick to assist! I have used many apps before and they tend to only support the paid plans customers, but sometimes you really need to try the app before you know if it works for you. In this case, their support is really seamless and would really get me to sign up with them sooner.

Like the app, just that it isnt compatible with alot of other apps that your store might be using. If the app was able to support the other apps, it would have been good, but it became a challenge even when cart drawer needed to be changed as it cant be supported.

I liked the app at the beginning, but what I really hated was the fact that even under the PAID account, everything is very much segregated. The value just isn’t there unless you’re on the highest of all tiers. Even with a PAID plan, the promotional tools and campaign options feel very restricted with your needs, and support is minimal (unless you upgrade of course) and LONG. It’s disappointing to pay for a service and still receive such low access to features and promotions to be honest, it is very discouraging even talking to the support team when you are informed on more things you lack in your PAID plan. I hope the team can improve fairness across all paid tiers so every customer gets proper value and support - rather than making them feel lesser as a customer because their paid plan isnt the top tier.

Love the service and support I get from the team! With a small business, you tend to have to master everything, but the team (especially MAX) have made life easier and less stressful with his handy guides!

Like all small businesses, we all need the added help and support along the way as we try to grow our businesses to greater heights. Easy Shopee, Lazada & TikTok is great - although like all beginners we all need the additional time and help to navigate through new systems, but what made things easier was the support that the team provided. I did not have to wait long but was able to find a solution and get the help I needed when I needed it (less than a day!) Would recommend to anyone out there in need of the help they require anytime of the day. Thanks Seng Ming and the team!
