We've been using Roster for a year and have had great experience with our support team, who are always happy to answer any questions or get on a call. The Actions are super intuitive and makes is easy for ambassadors to earn rewards. The simplicity of paying our ambassadors through Venmo or PayPal has been great. We've had just a couple 'wants' that have not been possible, but other than that, the switch has been seamless!

Really good experience with the app. Straight forward. I was very happy with the level of customer service from their team, when solving reporting discrepancies. I highly recommend it!
