I have repeatedly tried to cancel my plan. Always get an error. Escalated to support several times, never got a response or assistance in canceling my plan.

We'd like to clarify that your Zopi plan was a one-time charge, not a recurring subscription, so there was no active plan that needed to be canceled and no future recurring charge from this plan. Our support team has also responded to your requests and sent several follow-up emails, but unfortunately, we haven't received a response from you. This app lacks a lot, especially the design and being able to customize it to match your shop. Not great coding.
