Die App wurde deinstalliert und trotzdem werden die Gebühren noch verrechnet!! Wie kann ich den Plan stornieren?!

The app does work well. For questions, there is only the possibility to contact the customer service by email and it takes time to find the solution. Other providers have a chat function and that works much better! But the customer service makes great work and I'm happy. Inlcude chat function and would give 5 stars!

I used before another review app, but because of the expensive plan I tried judge.me. This app is so much better and I really love it. Customer service is a 10/10 answers within a few minutes. Many thanks to Gena (customer service) who helped me a lot!
