I just installed this app and was working on navigating some of the preferences but ran into some issues. I submitted a ticket and Manoj was quick to respond and hopped on a call with me to walk me through some of the steps I was having trouble figuring out. His patience and quickness to help me resolve my issues was greatly appreciated. Thank you Manoj for your help!

A customer let me know that they didn't see my scheduler on my website. I reached out to support and within minutes the issue was resolved. Seems like it was just disabled and the rep quickly enabled and got it back up and running. Great service rep and quick resolution. Thank you!! I had trouble after creating a new form, it wasn't "plugging-in" to my website. I reached out to support and worked with Richcarde M, who was responsive and timely and was able to resolve my issue. Not the best app experience, but great customer service!
