we use the POWR Form Builder for several info submissions on our website - customer support is super helpful and patient - was able to troubleshoot with them in real time.

Good customer service, have been using for several years and functions great for our needs.

The problem started working as soon as I chatted...

I have had several issues with this app. EVERY TIME I try to create a new form, I run into some kind of problem. They do have a support team that tries to help, but the process is often slow, and the issues are usually with very basic things that should work without requiring technical support. What is most frustrating is that when you are working on something time-sensitive, waiting for a call with an expert costs both time and money. I've spent hours troubleshooting issues that, in my opinion, should not exist in the first place. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this app. I've experienced too many glitches and technical problems, and I believe there are simpler and more reliable alternatives available

This app was uninstalled in 2017 and we are still get a monthly bill.

I use a few different POWR apps and am happy with all of them. The form builder is easy to use and intuitive. I also like that it gives you multiple options for publishing the form.

We had an issue with our site and our forms accidently were deleted from our site. We have many different forms that we use on each different page, so it would have been a major pain to add back into our site manually for each page. The team at POWR did an incredible job at restoring all of the forms that we used previously with little to no hassle on our end. The forms work great for us and easily allow us to get information from our customers. I would recommend POWR for your Shopify site!

Not bad. I would like to know what data they keep and how they protect against spam. I would really like to see some integration for translating the form into store languages, either with the app or by integration with the popular translation apps in Shopify

We are unable to delete old email addresses from the submission notifications. Because our email addresses are rather long, the screen cuts off the X that you would normally use to delete. How else can we delete an email?

Excellent form builder, for a reasonable price. Has everything we need such as branching logic and conditional fields. Integrates well with our storefront. Not complete bug-free but customer service has always quickly responded and solved our issues, which is nice!

The POWR Form Builder app has been a great addition to our Shopify store. It’s very flexible and allows us to build forms exactly the way we need them. The interface is intuitive, and the customization options make it easy to match the forms with our website design. I also want to highlight the support. I couldn’t find where to edit a specific field, and Jamilya from the support team was incredibly helpful. She quickly understood the issue and guided me to the right setting. We’ve been using POWR Form Builder in our Shopify store and while form issues and a subscription hiccup set us back briefly, the support team was exceptional. They were responsive, genuinely helpful, and got our forms fully restored. Exactly the kind of service you want when something breaks. The app itself is flexible and does the job well with plenty of customization and integrations, and having a team that actually helps when stuff goes sideways made all the difference for us. Definitely worth considering if you want both a capable form builder and support that doesn’t ghost you.

I'm older than 50 so I am adapting to the new way of customer service that is now designed to be written digital only, & so much slower than an actual conversation with spoken words & immediate back & forth info sharing. Takes twice as long to get unstuck than it used too, and after health, Time is our next most important & scarcest resource - then money ;) That said, I'd like to thank the Team at POWR Form Builder as they've been very helpful, very clear, and very knowledgable. Mostly it's intuitive, logical, and efficient - then my starting-to-crust-on-the-inside wee brain needs a little help. Thank you Legends, especially Arlyne - thank you.
