very fast response to questions! easy to use. thank you!
This was an awesome experience. I manage my website - I am a store owner and not a web developer so the help that I received to customize my loyalty program for my desktop users and mobile users was perfect. We were able to set up by chat within 30 min. I am very happy with this!! Highly recommend this app.

Glad that we are able to meet your requirements. Reviews like yours motivate us to work hard and continuously improve.
We switched our point of sale from Lightspeed to Shopify, and this was our first official inventory of the whole store. Using this app was incredibly easy and our whole team could participate making the timeframe of it manageable. Jordan was able to answer questions for me quickly and overall, it was an excellent experience. We are scaling our online business and having the right inventory numbers is essential to our success. We will continue to utilize this tool to do periodic stock takes. Very easy to use and we highly recommend.

Thank you so much for sharing your experience. I’m really glad the switch to Shopify and your first full inventory went smoothly with us! I appreciate the kind words about the support. I know that accurate inventory is such a big part of scaling, so it means a lot to know the tool is helping you stay on top of things. Grateful to have you using our app and excited to keep supporting you as you grow.
Super happy with the level of customer support - response time was immediate and the staff member (Helen) assisting me was the best. Jumped right into help and took on the burden of the work that I didn't know how to handle. Walked me through the rest of it. Very satisfied with my experience so far.
love how this app displays on our website and on the checkout page - so effective that we've already earned 2 more 5-star reviews since downloading!
When everything seems difficult, I am almost in tears how amazing and EASY this whole process has been. I saw an ad on my instagram page and took the risk to find out more. This has been one of the best decisions that I've made for my business. Don't hesitate on this one. I'm very happy with the hands on assistance and I highly recommend this product!!! Thank you Priyanka, we appreciate you
