We use this search app on a number of sites. It does exactly what we need and can't fault it. We have a 'difficult' theme and usually need support to get the app running and looking right, but the support service is always exceptional and really fast. Thanks Nora for your help
We have been using this app for several years now and it has worked well for us. We had a question about some items that were not coming up in the search. We hopped on the chat with the developers, and Nora was a big help. She had me make a couple quick changes to our settings and BAM! we were up and running, better than before! So grateful for her quick responses and excellent support!

We swapped from RapidSearch to this app, for its very convenient, flexible and customisable collection filters, with 10 metafields extendable, inclusive Shopify localisations sync in 8 different languages. The latter required some extra dev tweaking regarding multi-value metafields, but the additional requirements have been implemented flawlessly within 2 weeks of trial-ing this amazing app. Clara provided excellent support with her team of developers. I strongly recommend this app and creator Globo for several aspects that were less or not present with our previous solution.
This app has made a significant improvement to our site search. We were previously having issues with customers searching for specific SKUs and not getting the correct products or variants in the results. Globo fixed that for us. Product variants now show correctly in search, and customers can even search using a single character, which is important because some of our SKUs include one-character identifiers. For a large catalog where customers often know exactly what SKU or product they need, the improved search functionality has been extremely valuable.
Great customer service! We ran into a couple of minor setup and display issues, but the Globo support team fixed everything quickly and efficiently. Everything is working smoothly now. Highly recommended!

I found it difficult to built the filters but with online help from Clara it was a much easier process. Linking the right data to the right search fields was a challenge but with some guidance it was easier than expected and we had it sorted out in 30 minutes.

Clara is the most responsible customer service representative I have ever met. She was very enthusiastic in helping me solve the problems I encountered. Her logic was very clear and she would tell me the specific operation steps. This application is also the most convenient one I have used. It has many functions. Although I haven't fully developed all its functions yet, the customer service representative can guide you on how to operate it.
I had some trouble originally trying to integrate this app into my Shopify site, and was back and forth with support to get it set up, perfect, and working well on our theme. The customer service was wonderful. We contacted support, and they helped us add an automated sync so when we moved around collections manually, this would automatically sync four times a day in the app and not cause any issues.
Works like a charm, easy to setup and the support is awesome, highley recommended!

We are building a 65-category, 15,000-SKU IT hardware catalogue on Shopify, so before designing our filter architecture we needed hard answers: metafield registration limits, whether import merges or appends, what the export actually contains, how backups work. Clara answered every question precisely, fast, and without dodging the inconvenient ones - and sent a sample import file so we could see the format for ourselves. That level of straight technical support is rare and it saved us weeks of trial and error. We are still early in our rollout, so this review is mainly about the support. But the capabilities we have verified so far - metafield-driven filters and full XLSX export/import of the filter configuration - are exactly what a large, multi-category catalogue needs, and what most filter apps do not offer.
I had an issue with something on my webpage not aligning only in mobile, I reached out to their dev team and they had the issue resolved within less than an hour of reaching out to them! It was very impressive. I really appreciate the quick and comprehensive job by these guys. 10/10!

The app is easy to navigate and has tons of useful features. Customer service is also amazing - Clara and her team are extremely helpful and responsive, ensuring all my requirements were met.
We run a saree store with a few thousand products and many color and fabric variants. Smart Product Filter & Search handles that well, and the fabric and color filters have been a real improvement for customers. Clara on the support team was quick and patient when we set up color swatches, and pointed us to a settings page we couldn't find on our own.

This was my first time installing this software, and I wanted to implement front-end filtering and recommendation display. Initially, I wasn't familiar with it, but customer service was very enthusiastic and dedicated in helping me achieve the desired functionality. Although I haven't finished customizing it yet, I'm already looking forward to the features that will be available later. I hope that after the aesthetics are improved, it will enhance user browsing and conversion rates. I hope it will be error-free when officially used. During the trial phase, the team's response was rapid and their service was excellent! Five stars.

Really happy with the support on this app. After installing, the filter widget wasn't rendering on my collection page — my theme's built-in filters were showing instead. Clara responded quickly, requested collaborator access, and had her technical team integrate the app with my theme properly. Issue solved. I'm not a developer, so being able to hand it over rather than editing theme code myself made a big difference. Clara was clear and easy to deal with throughout. Thank you!

Smart Product Filter & Search has been a game changer! I wanted to display all variants for a single product at once and have a robust color filtering system - this app did the trick! The support team is responsive and has solved the few issues I ran into. I rated as only 4 stars because the variant and color filtering stopped working and needed their developer to fix. It took about 4 days to resolve, but the Support team was emailing me daily with updates. Still highly recommend.

I ran into a problem where my metafields wouldn't show up on the frontend even after I clicked "Sync Now." I tried multiple times on my own but couldn't get it to work. Clara was incredibly patient in helping me troubleshoot, guiding me through each step, and even reconfiguring the sync system for my store on her end. Following her advice, I tried syncing a few more times, and the issue was finally resolved! The entire process was smooth – quick responses, clear explanations, and genuine support.
