Was a great functional tool to use for a number of years with our business. The CX team were always quick to respond and resolve any queries we had. Whilst our business needs have progressed, resulting in the requirments of multiple warehouse locations, this platform works very well for a single warehouse business.

Order Editing has been a fantastic addition to our tech stack, cutting our edit order tickets by more than 50%. Beyond the product itself, the OE team has been exceptional - genuinely curious, customer obsessed, and passionate about delivering the best outcomes. They’re quick to resolve any issues and open to feature suggestions, which makes working with them an absolute pleasure. I wish all tech partners were this easy to collaborate with!

Venn are an excellent app provider - throughout the whole onboarding and delivery process they were incredibly attentive and listened to our needs to deliver an app that succeeded expectations.

The support is fantastic. Their devs helped me with a schema issue that means the app wasn't 100% compatible.
