Literally switch from Mailchimp yesterday, which I should have done a long time ago. I am thoroughly impressed by customer service and ALL the many amazing features that Omnisend has to offer! I love their interface because it is so easy to navigate and their support videos are great. And Nikola came through with the quickness with chat support questions! I'm super excited to get all my automations created and finished!!!
I am on the free plan and this app has been so dang valuable!! I wish I had of found it sooner! It can be so expensive getting a website redone and this has saved me money but doing a 1-2 pages myself! And the chat team was super responsive to helping me publish a page when I needed help!!
After searching through what feels like a million shopify apps to find the right one, this is a great app!! And was SUPER easy and straight to the point to setup and use. Look for yourself at the bottom of my website! www.graffitipanda.com
