This app appears user friendly and simple to use. However, I require an upcharge feature on products, which the app does not offer without upgrading to a plan. Upon subscribing for $9.95, the feature still does not work. My shop system does not automatically recognize the feature. There is no live chat support, and you have to search for a way to contact any type of support. There is only an email. I emailed support asking if there was a way to configure or add code and have not received a response. There is no tutorial anywhere regarding my issue. There is no free trial, so the only way to test whether it works with your shop is by subscription, and so far I've heard nothing regarding a refund. I had the subscription for all of 5 minutes. If you're going to pay any money for a subscription, I'd skip this app and find one of the other several available for Shopify.

I have literally only been using this app for minutes, but have reached out to the support team 3 different times in the past few days with questions relating to what I wanted to add to my shop. The support team has been great! I've worked with Liv, Charles, and Tracy and they've all been helpful and prompt. As far as the app goes, it seems to have a lot of options and has been relatively easy to navigate so far. Since I don't have a long standing experience with this app, I rated it 4 stars overall, but 5 stars for customer support.
