Excellent app and outstanding customer support! I’m very happy with Easify Product Options. I had a couple of technical issues with my Shopify theme, and their support team was responsive, helpful and fixed everything quickly. Everything is now working perfectly. Highly recommend!
First time using the app and new to shopify. Customer Support was AWESOME!! I was completely in the dark on how to use and what to do for the way I needed the app to work for my Store. They were extremely helpful and patient with me while I explain what I was wanting to achieve. They provided encouragement and Step-By-Step Instructions. Even shared screenshots with me to point me to the right place. Everything is working even better than expected and was easy once they provided the "Secret Handshake" for newbies.
The app was easy to set up and perfect for my needs. Support was quick and helpful for any trouble I ran into!

We set up build-your-own product options with Easify, and the support has been excellent. Sally worked with us today on an issue we found while testing and had it fixed quickly, while we kept working on other products. Customers can now choose their options and add-ons and see the price update as they go. For a small business selling high-ticket custom products, that responsiveness makes a real difference. Highly recommend.

I add this app to my Shopify store which sells hampers and requires cards, ribbon and greeting messages so a lot of complex additions. With the help of Lucy, trouble shooting was easy. Very responsive customer service, it surpassed all expectations in a world filled with AI agents. I needed customer options added to our packing slips. I sent an email and then noticed the 24/7hr chat option so tried that too. The call was picked up immediately and passed to a live agent, their staff edited our template in a few minutes. My email was responded to in 5 mins with instructions on how to fix the issue myself.
Easify Product Options is a very useful app for our Shopify store, especially because we sell handmade, personalized products that require different customization options. The app offers great flexibility, and the customer support team is outstanding! They were incredibly friendly, patient, and professional, taking the time to answer all my questions and explain the available features and limitations clearly. I especially appreciate their help with the Live Preview feature and custom fonts. It's great to have such a helpful and dedicated support team behind the app. Highly recommended for stores selling personalized products!
The support team are very quick at getting back to you and always seem to have dev help available. Very responsive when I needed help fixing a few glitches on my website. Very useful app.
I have the free version, and it works just as I imagined. Also, if you need help, the online chat works well, and the team's answers are concise and helpful.

Anne helped me get my color option issue resolved quickly. She was patient with me on the areas I didn't understand what she was wanting me to do. I had just had a freelancer do my site and there was a small conflict, Anne quickly saw the issue and has me up and running within minutes. Easify is more than just a helpful App, they're great support as well.

I've really enjoyed using this app over the years. The staff are always friendly, professional, and quick to resolve any issues I have. The only feature I wish the app had is the ability to upload an image for add-on features when they’re displayed in the cart.

We've had a great experience with this app for our needs. There have been a few small issues over the couple of years we've been using them but they are very responsive and are able to fix the issues quickly. We'll be finally upgrading to a paid version soon and think they'll be a good partner.

This is a great app, it makes customization within Shopify easy. It's intuitive and easy to figure out.
Been using this for a while now, it's really important for me to have customisation on my products, and easify lets me do this really easily! Anytime I've had issues, I just reach out via live chat. Lucy is very responsive, and fixed my issue for me within 10 minutes! I'd spent 2 hours trying to fix it myself, and she did it in 10 minutes!! Definitely recommend!
Just installed today and I had a little hiccup trying to get it working on my product. The help desk sorted my problem and had it working really quickly. Very happy.
The customer service team is incredibly patient with whatever question might arise. They are so quick to respond and are so incredibly friendly. The app is very user friendly and easy to use. Again, any issues you might run into, the customer service team is right there to help. They are so knowledgeable about their product, and it shows!
The app and dev team are amazing. Sidekick not so much. The dev team seems to help and fix everything the sidekick messes up. I am very happy with them :) Hannie today fixed everything and that was a huge help!!

I set up the app today and had a ton of specific features I wanted to implement. Most of them I could easily set up myself as the app is really easy to set up and get around. For more complicated questions the support was amazing! Ellie helped me so much and now the set up is exactly how I wanted it to be. I tried many apps before and none really solved my problem - this one does! Love it!

So far so good. I had issues adding this to my *older* theme and their development team helped me out within about 30 minutes? I expected much longer. They were cheerful, helpful, and were able to support my issue (and resolve it). Give them a try! Their customer service is great.

Easyify Product Options offre énormément de possibilités pour personnaliser les produits et permet de créer des options très complètes tout en gardant un rendu clair et professionnel pour les clients. L’application est très flexible, intuitive une fois prise en main et s’intègre parfaitement à ma boutique Shopify. J’ai pu mettre en place exactement le système de personnalisation que je souhaitais pour mes bijoux. Je recommande à 100 % !
