Great Customer Care and Technical Support! Shashank and the Development Team did an amazing job helping us set up a bridge to capture Multi-Currency payments between Shopify & QBO. They were very quick with responses and results leading up to success completing our requirements. Could not ask for better support :)
We use this app to scan orders at our Fulfillment Center. Since using this app the Pick Errors have gone down significantly. Recently they have added a feature to verify the shipping label one the order has been scanned. I like how adding this feature they have addressed the major areas of concern that may happen during fulfillment of orders. Their customer service is also great. They respond to concerns or issues very quickly and are very kind.
Expertly & beautifully simple and effective! Super easy to use and effective right from the start. We also customized our Invoice/Packslips with FORSBERG+two templates which gave us such a professional/beautiful/approachable look with no programming required. Awesome! Challenges can happen and it is the customer service and their solutions that make the difference! In this case, we had a few challenges with integration and my Bold Representative, Paul, was able to quickly assess and fix the issue with me. FYI - you just need to open a customer service ticket and there is a super quick response or you can request a meeting online. Thanks, Bold!!!!
