Desde que instalamos Dondy nos ha ayudado bastante con las ventas de la tienda. La verdad está muy sencilla de usar y el soporte es bastante rápido, además de que explican a detalle. Los recomiendo
THIS IS IMPORTANT IF YOU NEED PHONE NUMBERS FOR MARKETING PURPOSES This app gives you the option to ask for either the customer's email or phone number and while you are creating the pop up for example, you have the option to active "Sync with Shopify customers" BUT this only works for emails, not phone numbers (although they give you the option to). This is a big issue for me right now because I already have +500 phone numbers that I need to automatically connect with another app but I just can't because it's impossible. Already talked with support and they just don't support that, but it's a HUGE PROBLEM since they do give you the option to ask for the phone numbers and sync them. Why would you offer something you can't provide?

100% recomendada. Esta app te ayuda mucho a elevar tu ticket promedio y a realizar venta cruzada, además de que es muy sencilla de configurar. Pero creo que lo mejor que tiene es su servicio de soporte porque siempre responden rápido y resuelven el problema en unos minutos.
Muy buena app! Con la versión sencilla 1 de cada 4 ha respondido hasta ahora, mucho más de lo que esperaba. 100% recomendado.
