The support is fast and easy, it's been 3 years now we're using this app with no issue whatsoever, recommended for all Shopify users.
I use this app to give free gifts to my customers and it works perfectly. so far working great without problem.
Worst customer support ever! not worth the money, instead of fixing their app script the support ask me to delete the other apps because causing conflict with their apps, even though their script who causing an error on my site.
