Great tool if you need to ensure customers see something. Very responsive help as well. Very worthwhile addition, easy to use.
We have been using Warnify for years and are very happy with the install. We've mitigated so many customer service issues by being able to trigger a warning with the information we need to specify. There are many secondary options within the popup options that also are useful and align with our UX design.
The app is great, it does what i need it to, but the support is exceptional. They were very quick to reply to my email and trouble shoot things with me until it worked. 10/10 customer service.
Support is responsive over email and quick to address any issues you encounter. The tool works correctly the first time I configured it. This is the 3rd Shop app I tried and the 1st that works this easily.

App is super easy to use, and even when I had an issue (that was user error on my part), they were super helpful with fast response time!
This only triggers for 20% of my orders. the whole point of me geting this app is to stop customers getting to checkout with out understanding exactly what they are purchasing.

Thank you for your review. As we previously explained to you, the app (as well as all other Shopify apps) is loaded after the render blocking assets in your theme. The problem can be solved by deferring those assets (optimizing the page load) or by making the app loading before them. We would be happy to help you with the 2nd option if you reply in the email thread.

Warnify Pro Warnings excels in delivering straightforward functionality that meets most needs of an online store. The core premise of how we utilize Warnify Pro is to ensure that customers receive critical information, such as PROP 65 warnings for California consumers across 5 of our websites. In testing, the app struggled with our themes that utilize features like "quick view" and "quick add to cart". Once these features were enabled and used by shoppers, Warnify Pro failed to display the necessary warning messages to customers. The support team at Warnify Pro, upon being made aware of our issue, reached out to us and were able to fix the problem. Our store offers a combination of physical, digital, and print-on-demand products, which proved to be a bit confusing for customers who expected their order to arrive all in one box. We were thrilled to stumble upon Warnify Pro Warnings to help alleviate this issue, introducing pop-up boxes on selected products and variants that have non-traditional order fulfillment methods. We couldn't be happier with the final result and the assistance we received from Julia and the team to make the boxes match the styling of the rest of our site. Fantastic!
The app works well, the customer service is even better. We needed a small change with how the warning is displayed with our pre-order products, and Julia responded quickly and the change was made perfectly after just one email. Thank you.

Hello, We tried to contact you and help with the setup, but haven't got any reply. According to our records, you were trying to setup a geo-targeted warning for Taiwan. Please note that a physical customer location is checked by default. So if you are physically not on Taiwan, the warning won't be shown to you. That's most likely the reason of your problem. Please also note that checkout page warnings are not available for the stores on Shopify Basic, which is exactly your case. The warning can be shown for example on the Checkout button click instead. 21st December, a few days before Christmas, we needed an urgent fix to one of our warnings for Christmas delivery. Julia got it working within a day. We got really prompt service at a very busy time of the year. What a 10/10 experience!
Very useful app. Does exactly what it says, is customizable without being complicated, and was exactly what I needed to add warnings during the add to cart process. I did have an issue with the popup not working with my PageFly pages, but the dev team at Elastic-soft had made the required modifications to my store within a few days to get things working. Excellent customer support. Highly recommended!
Great app. Very useful in a gamet of ways. From customer warnings to delivery updates to general expectations at checkout there is no limit to the custom message md you can leave for your unique customer….. whatever the product, service or application. We have had it installed on our Shopify retail store for well over a year and the one service appeal that I sent in was addressed….almost immediately. Keep up the great work….Warnify for life!!!

Absolutely amazing app to have. Super easy to install and customer service was great. Julia took care of my issue even though it was an issue with my theme.
Maybe it's just me, but I installed this app and it drastically dropped my speed score for my online store. I started my store a year ago and had been consistently fluctuating between 56 - 60 speed score. Once I installed this app, the first day I dropped to a 50. The second day I was at a 45. I only found out because when I had loaded into my store on a webpage, it was noticeably much slower to load pages. It has been 5 days and I am currently sitting at a 36 speed score.... There were no other actions done on my store except installing this app during this time frame. The customer service was actually very responsive but the app did not seem to work consistently with the warning pop ups. Sometimes it would pop up after adding to cart and sometimes it would pop up after I clicked checkout. Also, if you add to cart with the fast add and click checkout in the pop up tab then the warning would not even show up. I also tested the geolocation with a vpn service and the app did not seem to recognize this. All in all, this app works if you simply just need something to pop up but in my experience if you are trying to be more precise with the pop ups, I had experienced many glitches. I installed this app because there were tons of 5 star ratings but I did not have this same experience. I would have given a 2 star rating if the customer service was not as responsive.

Thank you for mentioning the support team first of all. Because we tried to do all our best resolve your concerns but some of our questions and suggestions were ignored by you. The speed score. In order to identify the app that impacted the page speed, you need to perform a test with the app enabled and later with the app being disabled. Only this approach will give you a clear idea about the impact of each specific app. We perform these tests from our end and can see that the app has no or minimal impact on the page speed (from 0 to 2-3 points in Google Lighthouse). Please note that the rating may be decreased due to any other reason like for example one of existing 3rd party assets being loaded slower than it was before. The impact must be tested using the approach explained above. As for the popup consistency, we provided you multiple screencasts from different devices that demonstrated consistent work according to your settings. We asked you to provide at least one screencast or at least the steps to reproduce the issue mentioned, but this was ignored. We are always open to getting in touch with you to clarify and solve all the points described.
This app is easy to use and the support is great. I had some slight modifications that had to be done & the support team fixed it in no time - highly recommend.

Great, Quick Customer Support. I had a an issue I created myself :(, so I reached out to the support team and within a few minutes I received a response as well as how to fix my issue. My website was back to normal.

I used this app to add a warning at checkout, and the process was easy and straightforward. When we needed assistance, developers were extremely helpful in implementing the changes we needed.
I had an issue getting the warnings to display and customer service came in and fixed it in about 5 minutes, right after I emailed them. Everything is up and running exactly as expected!

Been using this app for about 2 years. We only have great things to say about it. Great features and great customer service.
We have a couple scenarios that we are using this app for. It didn't quite work like we wanted right out of the box, but they were happy to do some customization for us at a fair price. They have been very responsive, the communication is great! We are using it to stop shipment of certain products to California (Prop 65) and to stop shipment of products that are out of stock in our shipping location (they can do local pickup instead).
This app has a major flaw, the warning does not appear when shipping to California from another state.

We were trying to contact you but haven't got any response. So will comment on the topic of your review here. Please note, geo-targeted warnings are shown based on physical customer location by default. So if a customer is physically outside of California but put it as a shipping address, the warning won't be shown. An additional setup is required in order to make warnings showing up based on shipping address. Hope this helps.
Easy to install and does exactly what was needed. I reached out to the company's support due to an issue I was having with the message not displaying on the front end of our website. I received a message back within the hour and the problem was fixed. Thank you!

We are using this app for California Prop 65. It will show a pop-up to users in California when they add a specific product to the cart. It then includes a note on the order that it was shown. Reached out to support for help verifying it and they were very responsive and helpful. Great app.

this app allows warning to popluate for certain state only. this is very important that we do so other customers don't see unnecessary warnings. perfect!
We have been using this app for over a year now and works great since we are not allowed to ship specific products. Customers can see it online so if they are in the area can pick it up. This was easy to set up and if we have had issues or questions they are very quick to reply and correct the issue. Would highly recommend.

Exactly what we were looking for—extremely easy to use. The ability to easily filter items for various pop-ups works wonderfully.
Pop up works fine. Only problem, after agreeing it won't add the product to cart. Which deceives the entire purpose.

The app does what it should, no open questions :) We installed it to inform clients over the external login they will receive after purchase. Maybe "custom" button titles could be an improvement.
I used this app to apply the Terms and Conditions of my tickets. I really like how the app allows you to do custom warnings on different products and even product variants.
This was perfect to notify customers that order fulfillment was going to be delayed when they added products to their cart.
have you been asked about an expiry date on warnings. e.g. we have more stock due 26/05/21 or we are closed for easter holidays it would then be great if the warning disappeared after a certain date

This app does exactly what it says it will do and is quick and easy to set up. I love that I can use the same warning for multiple products or that I can setup unique warnings as necessary. Our returns have decreased significantly since we began using this tool. Furthermore, I have support, when needed, to be thorough and fast.

Our business includes freelance illustration services and this product allows me to notify customers upon checkout when there is a current backlog and how long the wait will be. It is extremely helpful because of the application's flexibility to target customers purchasing specific products and to tailor custom messages for them. I would highly recommend this app. I have only had positive experiences with it!

GREAT AND EASY TO USE APP - I'M USING IT ON TWO OF MY STORES AND IT DOES JUST WHAT I NEED. I USED IT FOR WHEN MY STORE WAS ON HOLIDAYS AND ALSO FOR PRE-ORDER ITEMS.
I LOVED that this app gave you the option to have different "warnings" PER PRODUCT instead of a check box in the shopping cart for EVERY PRODUCT at checkout. I have only one product that needs agreement to terms and conditions and this app does the trick. I don't like how it is difficult to keep a record of the warning, the text of the warning in the settings can only be captured by screen shots and it takes a few screens. I would rather have it display the entire warning, or in my case the terms and conditions. It is nice that the warning checkbox is shown on the orders screen, but it would be better if the entire text of the warning were shown, just for legal purposes to keep a record of what was agreed to on checkout.

We sell products that require a mating part to be purchased for proper function, and despite having notices on our product and cart pages, customers did not acknowledge this requirement causing for order adjustments on the back end and confusion. "Product Warnings" looks to be an excellent solution. I was able to set it up with ease and when I needed assistance, I received help same day and my issue was resolved. Very happy that this app exists and for a reasonable cost. Thanks to Ihnat for the help too!
Truelly an amazing app that solved an easy problem lots of shopify store owners have. Hard to find but happy I found it. Becase of this app I can still sell my out of stock products. I simply show my visitors a pop up when they add a sold out product to their carts telling them shipping takes longer. Perfect!
