Great customer support! They are very responsive and nice. If you want some minor adjustments to map and store information design they can help you with that. I think some of these customization should be manageable in app settings but as they answer quickly we don't mind that much ;)

This app is amazing. It's well built, manageable inside Shopify, straightforward installation and guidence through setup. For the first time ever I got my purchases matched 100% in GA4 to the Shopify reported sales. On top of that, we got some issues regarding recent GTM changes about automatic Google tags, and their support team was amazing - top level service and response times despite our different time zones.

It's pretty easy to set up and makes managing multiple pixels a lot easier. Helpful to see events directly on the app. Support is great so far and they are exploring new functions. The only thing I would change is they route every "help" button to send a message to support chat, which I'm not expecting.
Essential Announcement Bar does exactly what its name says. But it also is simple, fairly customizable and has scheduling capabilities which we are pleased with. We definitely recommend this app. Room for improvement? Add A/B testing capabilities and click tracking and it will become a Shopify must have.
