Where do I start? First, the description would lead you to believe that this app will do more work than it actually does. You will still have to go through each product to "Fix" whatever issue it says that you might have. Second, and this is where I feel like a tool, but when you go into a product, you can "Optimize your meta titles, meta descriptions, and tags with the power of AI". You can only do this if you pay a 1-time fee for credits. Now, the messed up part of this is that when you generate the "Fixes," it will show you in real-time the change in your SEO Score. And it actually makes the score worse. For example, the Meta Description should only be a certain amount of characters. When you "Generate" the Meta Description, it generates too many characters, so your SEO Score goes down, and you get a message saying that there are too many characters. So you will pay to make your SEO Score go down. You can easily revert it, but why offer a paid service that doesn't make your SEO better?

UPDATE: As I mentioned this morning, the improved AI model, which was in the testing phase, has now been deployed to our production app. We have prioritized this change as High and deployed today. Could you please try the AI Content Generator and let us know how it goes now. Also, we've reset your AI Credits as well that yo used for our previous AI model. Hi there, I understand your concern about the AI-generated character limit, which sometimes affects your SEO lower due to the AI model we used in the initial phase of our AI Content Generator. The good news is that we have already updated our AI model, and it is currently in the testing phase on our development app. We will deploy the updated model very soon. I will inform you when the update is live, and I’d love for you to try it out to see if it resolves the issue. Additionally, since you have already spent credits, we will reimburse the credits you used with the current model so that you can use them. Thank you!
I had left a review of Tapita a week ago. It was one star, which, at the time, I felt was appropriate based on my experience. However, recently I did notice one key improvement to my site. Well, more to the Google Search result. My Favicon was missing, and they did fix that. That said, since switching from a Paid (Standard) plan to the free plan. I noticed that my site metrics were even worse than when I started with Tapita. So, I opened the app to re-run some of their tools. But as I did, I realized that when I switched from the Standard plan to the free plan, they removed the Standard plan features. I should state that I was not on a trial plan. I paid the $59 fee for the standard plan. When I reached out to chat support after back-and-forth screenshots, they realized that I should still have the Standard plan features. So they offered me a month of the Standard plan or a refund for the unusable Standard plan that had been removed. At no time did they reach out after they removed the Standard plan features to offer a pro-rated refund. I have dealt with two chat reps here. One of them is fantastic, the other is rude at times and just not professional.

Hello, Please find the clarification below regarding the recent issues: 1 ---> App Installation and Downgrade: You installed our app under the Paid plan on July 6 and downgraded on July 8. During this period, we found out that collection meta was missing. We advised adding meta to your collection pages to enhance your website's content and to control your sitelinks follow google best practices. However, you decided to downgrade to the Free plan on July 8 to avoid additional work. This was noted in the previous 1-star review. 2---> Your website performance metrics getting worse: You use our paid features only for 3 days, SEO is a long marathon, it will impact your results but it will need at least a month, and you never really clarify which metrics you're talking about, we improved your Speed and make your website more SEO friendly already. If you're talking about traffic, it is impossible for our app to reduce our traffic after only 3 days of fixing Technical SEO errors, because Google by itself needs around 1 week at least to recrawl your data to read the change in SEO. 3 ---> Cancellation of Paid Plan: You downgraded our app from the Paid to the Free plan. When you switch from a Paid to a Free plan, access is limited to the Free features only. This is in accordance with our Terms and Conditions, which you agreed to upon purchasing our app, and this is standard app behaviors too, not only our app, other apps act the same way. 4 ---> Refund and Payment: Regarding your inquiry about Free/Paid features, although your case does not qualify for a refund, we offered two options: continue using the Paid app without needing to upgrade again, allowing you to use the Paid features for a full 30-day cycle, or receive a refund after you pay the bill. As of today, July 22, the bill remains unpaid, so we are unable to process the refund for an unpaid bill. 5 --->Customer Service Interaction: We reviewed the chat history and noted that Liam assisted you on both occasions. In the first chat, he provided complimentary Technical SEO support. In the second chat, he explained our charge policy and sought clarification on whether you preferred a refund or wished to continue using our paid features. This app is pretty terrific. It was easy to set up, and I got more influencer requests than any other app I have used. Our location is in Peru, so none of the requests worked, but it was still nice to see people interested. Thanks so much Sean. Great to hear on the interest for Black Lava! Hope to have more influencers for you in Peru down the road as we continue to expand and build our platform. The image optimizer messed up a bunch of our images. When I went to restore them back, it said that it restored them, but they are still messed up. It didn't mess up all of them, but about 15% of them.
I really needed this app to work. I thought it was working for months, but recently learned it wasn't. I spent hours trying to get it to format correctly but nothing would work. Reached out to support. It took a long time for them to respond and in the end they suggested that I turn off the Shopify Delivery & Pickup options, but that still didn't work.

I could never get this app to work correctly. Support was very responsive at first, but then they went silent.
