Great app and connection with Shopify. We love the quick actions and the imagery and details that flow through to Gladly to help our CX team handle inquiries even quicker!

We worked with the team at Impact to have our previous integration moved over to Shopify through their app. The process was straightforward & they were greatly responsive to any questions, concerns, and feedback. Testing & integration was a breeze! Would highly recommend this app.
