Sam helped us resolve all the issues we were experiencing, he was knowledgeable and very helpful. Thank you very much.
The app is very streamlined and saves our business a lot of time with processing orders and the support staff is very helpful, Ruben Miller especially. I would definitely consider this app if you end up feeling stuck in shipping processes.
It is a great app, works as intended, and has an amazing support team; they resolved all our issues smoothly.

We've been using this app to send order estimates and invoices to customers as pdf files they can submit to insurance and it's made the process easy. Shopify doesn't support this functionality in a way that works for our business.
