using this app for the first time, and had to create a custom discount code for a specific scenario, which was accomplished by the support team. awesome.
we are using MultiVariants for long now, and there was never any issue. For the first time, today we had an issue when the product zoom was overlapping with the multi variants grid displayed by the app and it was ackward for our customers. We reached out support and explained the issue, shared the product page and screenshots of the issue... They got access into store and rectified this within a few minutes. We really appreciate their prompt and comprehensive resolution.

Just installed the App to sync our Amazon India Store and our Shopify Account... yet to test all features... there were some connectivity issues, but the support was excellent and they helped ensure all works well... will start using and provide further feedback.

The Amazon integration app is flexible with all the sellers(either they are new with Amazon or already selling). If any seller is unique for the Amazon marketplace, then we assign a team with a dedicated account manager who helps to set up the Amazon account with Amazon marketplace even if requires teamwork on the product listings. For the new sellers, Amazon or can say all marketplace required too many settings & policies so that the buyer & seller both do not face any trouble while buying & selling. If the products are already listed on Amazon, then they can be managed easily through the Amazon integration app also new products can be uploaded in bulk. Just started with this app on a free account. Once configured, I tested it live and had a bunch of questions based on why this is happening like this, and like that etc. The Customer Support was very prompt and patient in answering all my queries and helped me understand how the app works. That was great - thank you very much.
