Just started using the app, but after going through so many similar options, this is exactly what we were looking for and needed. There was some issues making it work, but the support team is super fast and responsive, and had it fixed right away. Highly recommend!

We have been using Reviews IO for a few months now. I love how user-friendly the platform is. It has made a massive difference for us by pushing all the reviews to our Walmart store. We use customer testimonials very often and being able to search and pull testimonials and create snippets super fast has been a huge time saver. We had a few snags while getting everything set up but the Reviews IO team was so very helpful and made sure everything was set up and functioning the way it should. Highly recommend this app.
We use a 3PL company to ship out our orders. We also have branded boxes. We had issues with the warehouse using the wrong boxes while picking and packing orders. We used this app to tag all the orders using the correct boxes. We had a couple of little roadblocks but the customer service with the app was excellent. They were super fast and efficient in helping set up all the rules. I have not had a problem since. This app is user-friendly and easy to use. Highly recommend.
