Omar was fantastic! help me with my issue in record time! Awesome!

I was working with Cucheng. She was extremely knowledgeable and professional. The issue was about their products. I am new to this so Cucheng had the patience to help me understand how everything worked. Thank you Cucheng for all you help. I wish I could give you 100 stars! Thanks again, Dave I got another chance to work with Wendy Yuan. Again she was outstanding what an amazing person. We went through my issue I was having in minutes. Thank you Wendy Yuan you are the best! Dave

Joseph is the best! He is quite knowledgeable in how things work. He went the extra mile with me. Spending a lot of time helping me with issues that had nothing to do with the QuickSync app. I highly recommend Joseph to work with any issues you have. He's the best! Thank you, Dave Webster
