This originally worked well, but suddenly stopped calculating and allowed orders to be submitted with low shipping calculations. Now it has happened again. The last time the owners didn't even refund their monthly fee to me even after I asked and lost a lot of $$ in shipping costs. Now it has happended a second time and I'm fed up. Don't bother wasting your time with this app. HORRIBLE!!! We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you faced. After a detailed investigation, we found that the issue occurred due to changes in your store’s shipping settings, which temporarily disrupted the app’s calculations. Our app itself has been functioning correctly.
We switched to ShipMonk after a disasterous year with another fulfillment center. ShipMonk is accurate and speedy, and incredibly responsive to all my requests and needs. They cost more for sure, but it's totally worth it to have our orders processed correctly. We are looking forward to growing our business further now that order fulfillment is going so smoothly.

I use this app for badges and LOVE it! Super easy to use and great assistance aligning the badges where I need them. Highly recommend.

I have been using this app for the past year to size my images correctly and add alt text. After recently getting a message from tiny image asking if I wanted some recommendations, I enthusiastically said 'yes'. The suggestions are greatly appreciated and as a novice at this, I'm thrilled to have the guidance I've been offered by this company. So far I've followed through with about half of the suggestions. This is a great app, and it's making a lot of time consuming tasks super easy for me.
I love this app! Support contacted me immediately upon installation and asked if I'd like my button changed to in-line, then made the changes immediately. It's super easy to configure and customize the button color. In just one day, I already have lots of customer requests for notifications. Now I can't wait to see how many sales are recovered using this app!
