great app small investmet for good returns
We are a startup just launching our product on Shopify. Kbite's back in stock, notify me solved exactly the problem we have: getting emails for people interested in our product when it's out of stock then emailing them when it is available. Even better, as soon as I installed the app, I got a message from Sam, the developer. He made sure everything was set up correctly and answered all my questions. The free plan includes 30 emails a month, enough for us to get going. Then as we grow, it's only $5 a month for 500 emails. A good value.
This is exactly what I was looking for and the customer assistance was basically instant and so helpful as I was getting things set up. This is the best Back in stock app available!

Excellent app with outstanding customer support! We've been using Kbite to let our customers sign up for notifications when sold-out products become available again. It's a great way to keep customers informed and make sure they don't miss out on products they're interested in. Everything works perfectly, and the app is easy to use and customize. But what really makes it stand out is the incredible customer support. Whenever we need help or want to adjust something, someone from the support team responds almost immediately and helps us get everything sorted out. It's rare to find such responsive and genuinely helpful support. We're extremely happy with the app and can highly recommend it to any Shopify store!

The Kbite Back In Stock, Notify Me app is very easy to install and meets our purpose very well. Sam was extremely helpful in making a needed customization of the Notify Me button from usability standpoint. Overall, if you are on Shopify and want the Notify Me feature for out of stock products, Kbite does the job.
Very quick to set up and get working. Support was very fast, effective, and friendly.
Just downloaded the app and the owner of the business assisted in getting the location of the button in a different place. The back end is easy to navigate, read the data and so far so good. Can review again after an introduction period.

We installed Kbite while preparing our new Horizon theme for our US launch. Sam from the support team reached out right away, moved the Notify Me button inline below the sold-out button on our unpublished draft theme and matched it to our brand color within minutes. The free plan with unlimited sign-ups is a great fit for a small team. Highly recommended!
