I don't deal with this app, as it is in the wheelhouse of my business partner, but I can comment on the customer service. When we do have a problem, they are very responsive and offer succinct instructions for the fix. We do not often have a problem, and many times it is not on their end but, instead, something we have done. No matter the cause, they help us sort it out and get things moving forward. Thanks!

Love this app. It does just a few things, but it does them well! Combine this with Screaming Frog, and you pretty much can keep your website running smoothly! I've only had it a short time, and I use Ai to help me set the wildcards. It has saved me countless hours of frustration! Now I want to look at all of the other apps that Ant has... Just completed my onboarding with Sadman Nadvi. He was awesome, explaining everything in simple terms. The process was straightforward, and the features are easy to access. I have been using the free version of the app for a couple of weeks and like it so much that I decided to bump up to a paid version. So many tools, so very helpful. Thanks for the great app! We have used judge.me for years. Their support is top-notch! We love the app, but any app without good customer service is not a good app. They have a great app and great customer service. We will continue to use them.
