Customer service is absolutely great! They helped set up the app and also they have answered to some custom requests I have made. Always very kind and available. This app works for our business. It's pretty much the only thing I can find that has a dedicated wholesale section. Some unavailable features can be done through a workaround. But it wouldn't be possible without the support of the superstar customer support service. Shanna is always there ready to help with any requests. I could schedule a video call pretty much instantly to get help with configuring the app too. I recommend this app.

Great app. I couldn’t figure out how to set up discounts for customers who applied to our Trade Program, but Daniel was extremely helpful and went above and beyond with his customer service. I've used this app for years now and the support is great. We had some issues when updating our theme and support fixed the problems and got us back up and running again very quickly!

It's a decent app, if you have 3rd party apps with your checkout it can be tricky. We had a lot of clients give up because it wouldn't work, the checkout page would always change back to the regular pricing. constant issues with that, and lost clients because of that. They will help you get it right, but it can hurt you too if it doesn't work smoothly for your clients.

I have a BtoB store, they are always here to help, this is the most crucial about this app, you'll always need some customization, or debugging, and they will help you with that very quick. Writing this review as a thanks for all the good work

Really loving all the customization the app offers. Hayden was incredibly helpful both with finding the right plan and walking me through the initial set up/onboarding.

The app is pretty good value considering the options and the features are decent. Implementation was a bit hit and miss so their QA processes could be better but they persisted and got it working as it should eventually.

We've been using this app for years. We use this app to provide an easy option for our wholesale customers, as well as Volume Discounts to customers who purchase large quantities. It does have issues from time to time, but customer service is usually very prompt and has always helped us find a solution.

Excellent customer service from Hayden Hassan. He was extremely resourceful and wanted to help us. Its app is not 100% ideal for 2 reasons: if you have variants that must be hidden from different customer levels, and if your store is bilingual. The team has been quick to answer our requests and implement them. Overall, happy with the first few weeks utilizing this app.

When Shopify changed things it caused a lot of confusion for me and with my customer accounts and their ability to log in. It was a nightmare and very confusing. Joshua at Wholesale Helper is amazing! He responded very promptly and did an amazing job resolving everything as quickly as possible. He is absolutely fabulous to work with. If you have questions, please call them; it is worth your time. I have been using wholesale helper​ for a few months now and could not be happier.

The success or headache of an app is fully dependent on the level of customer service- I cannot stress how great their team is at troubleshooting. They're responsive, helpful, and timely. All that to say, anytime something hasn't worked, it's been from user error on our end. They give us direction and fix it on our behalf regardless. I've used many integrations and apps and WSH is by far my favorite to work with.

App constantly breaks. They fix it then it less than a week later it breaks again. Leaving groups of my customer base unable to order due to special pricing not being applied. It is beyond frustrating. PLEASE fix your app.

One of the features we love most is the ability to stack wholesale discounts with Shopify discounts directly at checkout, which works seamlessly for our store.
