This is a great app. I had a setting wrong in one of my preorders and the app missed logging the order. Their customer support walked me through what setting was wrong and helped get it correct going forward. Great team and great customer support.

I really wanted to rank this higher because on the surface it's a great tool. My problem is that some payment types don't trigger the stock count so if you set a pre-order volume, you have to watch it like a hawk and either manually update the values or disable pre-orders when you run out of stock. I spoke with customer service on this and they confirmed that some payment types aren't recognized by their app. I would have given this 5 stars if it weren't for this issue.

The Sections are great and loaded with ways to customize them. These really help to polish your website and make it top-notch.

This app is great. I only wish that I would have found it sooner. It's easy to use, I've only had a couple of books that weren't found. The process is quick and I was able to import over 1600 books in a matter of a couple of hours. It works if you copy and paste directly from Excel and will tell you which ones it couldn't find so you can go back and flag them.
