Sid was very helpful with helping me setup the app the way I wanted it. He did everything I asked and got it live very quickly. I'm glad that I decided to use them. The problem I had was customers placing an order on a Friday or Saturday and thinking they could pick up the next day. Shopify doesn't have any way to control the pickup dates. This app solved that problem. Now customers are aware that they cannot pickup on the weekends or holidays. Thank you very much!

I have been spending too much time fixing customer artwork and I needed a way to start charging for that time. We are a small business, and I did not have time to try and figure out how to make the calculator figure in an art fee. I asked for help and Kristina followed up with a call and was quickly able to configure the calculator to do exactly what I needed it to do. I needed help getting the table to look how I wanted it to. I do not know enough about coding with CSS. This was on a Sunday. Support answered and took care of it for me right away.
