This app has been a game changer for us. Letting customers edit their own order after checkout has cut down on so many "can you change my order" emails, they just sort it themselves, quickly and easily. It works exactly how you'd want it to, and the support team is fantastic on top of that: responsive, helpful, and genuinely across their product. If you're on the fence, do yourself a favour and give it a go. Highly recommend!

We have been using A2X for a few years now. The data integration has been running smoothly however I did encounter an issue recently which Renee managed to sort out for me. Thanks so much for your quick and efficient customer service Renee.

Refundid has been an awesome addition to our business for so many reasons, Instant refunds, customers receiving a trackable return label and the portal being very user-friendly. Instant refunds make it a quicker process for our customers to return their items, which means they can jump back online and repurchase their new items and not have to wait for them to be returned first. We highly recommend Refundid for any business
Has all the functionality required for FB and GMC. Speedy, helpful support. Not aways reliable for the FB API, an XML feed can be used.
