MACK helped me set up my auction with my online shop today. He provided excellent customer service and was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I hope next time I need help, I will be able to call. on him.

This right here is one reason I do not like outfy. The customer service is awful. My membership was supposed to be canceled weeks ago. I am assuming since this email that is was not. The chats I had with support team were so time consuming and nothing was ever resolved.
