I’d been hearing more about AI shopping agents and bots influencing eCommerce, but I had no real idea how to make my store visible or appealing to them—or even how to tell if they were visiting in the first place. Now I can actually see which AI bots are visiting my store, which is very cool. After installing SKAW on the free plan, it quickly became clear just how much I’d been missing. My store already had solid policies and schema in place, so I started with a decent score—but SKAW immediately highlighted issues I’d overlooked countless times. Things like incorrect or missing product categories (meaning products weren’t being picked up properly by Google), and thin or incomplete product specifications. The free plan gives you 12 top products to optimise, and I burned through that allocation pretty quickly because I got hooked on fixing everything it surfaced! The best part is how easy the fixes are to implement—you can let Sidekick do the heavy lifting, which makes improving your store fast and painless. I’ve already seen the value, and with plenty more to optimise, upgrading to the Pro version is an easy decision. Highly recommended for anyone wanting to get ahead of the next wave of AI-driven shopping.

I admit I am only using the free version, so am limited to applying two labels to products and categories, but it has helped my products stand out. The app has recently had an update and so I was having issues applying labels to new products. I contacted customer service and Rossie helped update the code and got things moving again. Second time I've dealt with their customer service and both times has been a pleasure. Highly recommended!

The app has delivered everything it promised so far and works very well. I wanted to remove the "Powered by" label from under the popup form and it was effortlessly done by Donna from customer service in seconds. Great app and even better team behind it! Highly recommended.
