I am not very skilled at website creation and using apps. The support I received from Judge.Me was excellent and easy. It allowed me to get setup quickly. Update: Have been using for the last 10 months. We make slight iterations on our product and the external model name to customers remains the same and we track the changes internally by changing the SKU. Every time there is a slight SKU change on a product all reviews will be lost and all automated responses are gone. Support was able to resolve by moving the reviews to the new SKU.

I tried at least 10 different Shopify shipping apps. ShipBlink was by far the simplest to integrate and setup. It just worked unlike so many of the other shipping apps. The user interface was well thought out an intuitive. Sam was incredibly responsive and resolved an issue with Canada Post pickup quickly. If I could give this a 10 out of 5 I would.

Amazingly easy to setup and exactly what I was looking for. I know nothing about setting up Shopify stores or Apps. Video was very clear and took me 9 minutes overall. Thank you so much.
